Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Bank PDF Converter ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Md Hussain.

2. What the service is

The site reads the transaction table out of a bank statement PDF you supply and produces spreadsheet or accounting-import files from it. It is a data-entry convenience tool. It is not a bank, not a payment service, not an accounting practice, and not a filing agent. It cannot access your bank account and never asks for banking credentials.

3. Cost

Use of the converter is free of charge, with no account and no usage limit, and the running costs are met by advertising displayed on the site. We may introduce paid features in future, but anything you can do today will not retroactively be put behind a charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• upload a statement or document you have no right to process;
• use the site to convert documents as part of fraud, forgery, money laundering or tax evasion;
• attempt to overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer for redistribution, or otherwise interfere with the site or the infrastructure it runs on;
• resell access to the site as though it were your own service;
• interfere with advertisements on the site, or attempt to generate invalid ad traffic by clicking or encouraging clicks on ads;
• use the site in breach of any law that applies to you.

5. Your responsibility for the output

Statement layouts vary between banks and change without notice, and scanned pages can be misread. You must review every converted file against the original statement before importing it into your books or relying on it for a return, a reconciliation or any other filing. Opening and closing balances and the transaction count are the fastest things to check. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your own accounting records.

6. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that extraction will be complete or error-free, that any given bank layout is supported, or that the site will be uninterrupted or available at any particular time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Md Hussain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, nor for any penalty, interest or professional cost arising from your use of the site or from any error in a converted file. Because the service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to zero.

8. Intellectual property

The name, design, text and code of the site belong to its operator. The files the tool produces from your statement are yours — we claim no right over your data or your exports. Third-party product names such as TallyPrime, Busy, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Marg, SAP and Sage belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe compatibility. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by any of them, nor by any bank.

9. Advertising and third-party links

The site displays third-party advertising and may link to external sites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Dealings with an advertiser are strictly between you and that advertiser. How advertising cookies work is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the operator's place of residence in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
